Innovation guardrails for the the Chief Marketing officer and the C-Suite should evolve it’s thinking of the eventualities we are amidst. These are critical to business success and a rise in the NPS scores – the telling tale.

The rise in technology innovation and smartphone proliferation has given rise to a new demographic – genY and genZ, both digital natives. To adapt to this new customer, customer centricity is key to future business models. The entire purchase journey from awareness to retention & loyalty is taking place online. Business have to very quickly adapt from within to fine tune their internal systems and processes to external customer facing technologies.
